As we scale across cities, we’re looking for energetic women professionals to join our Chennai HQ and become the voice of Zappy for customers and partners alike. As a customer support & sales coordination executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, email, website, or social media. This is a great opportunity for female candidates who love communication, coordination, and being at the heart of magical celebrations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand customer needs and event requirements
2. Share relevant and customized event packages with prospects
3. Convert customer interest into confirmed event bookings
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful event execution
5. Handle inbound customer queries across WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, and website chat
6. Present curated event packages, clarify doubts, and support booking closures
7. Coordinate with event managers, vendor operations, and design teams
8. Maintain accurate lead status and event progress in tracking systems
9. Deliver warm, solution-oriented, and customer-focused experiences
10. Collect post-event feedback and testimonials for service improvement
