About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2) Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and providing the best resolution.
3) Assist customers with website navigation, downloads, and digital access issues.
4) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to customer retention efforts.
5) Build and maintain strong professional relationships with researchers, academicians, and authors.
6) Understand the research paper requirements and recommend suitable indexed journals for publication.
7) Guide authors on journal selection, formatting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
8) Liaise with editorial boards and journal representatives on behalf of authors.
9) Monitor and manage the publication pipeline for each client—from manuscript submission to final publication.
10) Provide timely updates to authors about the progress of their submissions.
11) Maintain detailed records of client interactions and journal communications.
12) Ensure ethical standards and best practices in academic publishing are followed.
