About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Voice Support: Handle customer calls professionally and courteously, providing information, assistance, and resolving issues related to our products/services.
2. Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Communication: Clearly articulate information, instructions, and solutions to customers in English, Hindi, and a Southern Indian language.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
