About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identifying customer needs - This involves listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints and returns.
2. Responding to customer inquiries - This involves understanding the inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information, and verifying customer understanding.
3. Resolving customer issues - This includes assisting customers with emergency problems or unexpected situations, providing solutions for customer problems, and ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly.
4. Developing and maintaining customer relationships - This involves interacting directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual.
5. Maintaining records of customer interactions - This involves processing and logging calls & interactions into the CRM system.
6. Giving detailed explanations of services or products - This involves working with a sales team to create better methods to sell.
7. Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
8. Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
9. Maintaining confidentiality of information.
10. Performing other duties as the need arises.
