About the Job
We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, guide customers to the right rental solution, ensure smooth onboarding (KYC & payments), and support them during their rental journey.Key responsibilities:
1. Handle leads from Instagram & Facebook ads through WhatsApp and calls.
2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental systems.
3. Complete KYC formalities and close deals.
4. Follow up with customers for renewals and payments.
5. Coordinate with the technical support team for customer issue resolution.
6. Maintain lead and payment records.
