About the Job
As a customer success executive at Liltriangle, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. Your main goal is to ensure customers get maximum value from our products by building strong relationships, managing onboarding, and providing exceptional support. You will proactively identify upsell opportunities, manage addon activations, and collaborate with internal teams to improve our offerings based on customer feedback.Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main contact for all customer inquiries and support needs.
2. Onboard new clients, guiding them through initial setup, product training, and the collection of documents for features like the payment gateway addon.
3. Provide ongoing help and support to customers regarding all product features and services.
4. Monitor account health to ensure customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and actively resell add-on products.
5. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer retention and with the technical team to relay product feedback and resolve issues.
