About the Job
We are hiring customer service executives for a voice-based inbound customer support process with upselling opportunities. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and offering relevant banking products or services while maintaining high service quality.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
2. Understand customer queries related to banking services, accounts, or transactions
3. Provide accurate and timely resolutions as per policies and guidelines
4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
6. Follow call quality standards, compliance rules, and process SOPs
7. Accurately document call details and customer interactions in the system
8. Meet daily and monthly performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and sales targets (where applicable)
9. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned department as per process
10. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data security at all times
Interview process:
1. HR interview
2. AMCAT assessment – Minimum 65 score required
3. Operations round
4. Client round
Shift & working details:
1. Shift window: 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM
2. Shift duration: Any 9 hours within the given time window
3. Working days: 5 days working
4. Week off: 2 Rotational week-offs
