Key responsibilities:1. Vendor registration in companies INCL government and private companies.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

5. Record customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system.
6. Assist the sales and operations teams with documentation and communication tasks.
