Key responsibilities:1. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support and enhancing the customer experience on the platform

6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills
2. Experience in customer support and customer experience
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
6. Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
