About the Job
As a customer interaction executive at Mokah Woman, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your time management skills, excellent proficiency in Malayalam and English, and proficiency in MS Excel will be the key to excelling in this role.Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through various communication channels.
2. Manage customer relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Utilize MS Excel to track customer interactions, analyze data, and inform key updates for decision-making.
4. Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
5. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and create lasting relationships.
6. Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
