About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Contact donors (via calls, emails, in-person meetings, etc.) and explain WWF India's work in a clear and interesting way.
2. Identify, cultivate and secure high-value, long-term relationships with new potential individual supporters within our key funding areas.
3. Manage and build excellent relationships with donors to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
4. Convert, retain, and upgrade the existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.
5. Develop a relationship with the donors and upgrade/reactivate them in the donor pyramid.
