About the Job
We are looking for customer support executives who can handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently. The role involves assisting customers with profile management, memberships, payments, and overall platform usage while maintaining high-quality service standards. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and a customer-first approach.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner
2. Address customer queries related to user profiles, memberships, subscriptions, payments, and platform navigation
3. Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer concerns
4. Maintain proper documentation and accurate case records in the system for every interaction
5. Follow company communication guidelines, quality standards, and compliance norms
6. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering clear resolutions and empathetic support
7. Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, billing, or escalation teams to resolve issues
8. Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate complex cases as per process guidelines
9. Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, response and resolution time, accuracy of information, and customer satisfaction scores
10. Protect customer data and company information by maintaining strict confidentiality
Shift details:
1. Female candidates: Rotational day shifts
2. Male candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts, any 9-hour shift
