The role:

We are looking for a designer who sees design as leverage - something that shapes how the world sees us, tells sharper stories, and moves people to act. From social campaigns to print collateral and quirky merch - you’ll shape the way the world sees FlytBase. You’ll jam with AI tools daily, turning rough ideas into sharp executions in hours, not weeks. This isn’t a pixel-pushing role. It’s a high-agency design role where you’ll conceptualise, experiment, and ship to a global audience.

Key responsibilities:

1. AI-Native Design: Use the latest AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, AnimateDiff, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and Veo 3 to generate and refine world-class visuals.
2. Multi-Channel Creative: Design across digital (social media, decks, etc.), physical (booths, print collateral, etc.), and branded merch (stickers, clothing, coasters, etc.).
3. Cross-Functional Translation: Turn complex technical/product narratives into crisp, communicative graphics.
4. Enterprise Storytelling: Use product imagery to explain our technology in a way Fortune 500 decision-makers instantly get.
5. 3D & Motion: Build 3D renders and motion graphics representing various concepts as part of dedicated campaigns.
6. Systemised Design: Create reusable design frameworks, brand components, and AI workflows that scale across campaigns.
