Key Responsibilities:1. Attend incoming enquiries (Walk-in, WhatsApp, Phone, Online leads)
2. Understand customer requirements (Usage, budget, timeline)
3. Qualify leads and mark them as hot/warm/cold
4. Share qualified leads with senior sales manager
5. Maintain lead records in Google Sheet/CRM
6. Ensure quick response to all enquiries
7. Maintain accurate CRM/lead records
