About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Lead generation & outreach:
1. Identify and reach out to early-stage startups, founders, and businesses through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and events.
2. Build and manage a lead pipeline using CRM tools.
3. Run outbound campaigns with high-quality messaging.
B. Sales & client acquisition:
1. Pitch Dimension-1’s services (Web, App, SEO, AI).
2. Understand client requirements and convert leads into paying customers.
3. Set up intro calls, demos, and proposal discussions.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
C. Marketing & brand visibility:
1. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities.
2. Promote Dimension-1 at college events, startup meetups, and relevant communities.
3. Create marketing content (posts, pitch decks, newsletters, reels- if needed).
4. Support performance marketing initiatives (if required).
D. Relationship management:
1. Maintain strong rapport with prospective and existing clients.
2. Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal delivery team.
3. Collect feedback and upsell/cross-sell services.
E. Market research & strategy:
1. Analyse competitor offerings and industry trends.
2. Suggest new strategies to improve lead quality and sales numbers.
