About the Job
We are looking for a results-driven inside sales representative to actively seek out and engage prospective customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, setting appointments, driving the entire sales cycle and achieving monthly sales targets.Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to existing customers from the provided databases
2. Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
4. Present, promote, and sell offerings using effective sales techniques
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
6. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
7. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
8. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management
9. Follow up with prospects via calls and emails
