About the Role
As the AI Sales (Courses) professional at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2C admissions for IIDE’s Artificial Intelligence programs. This role requires strong AI understanding, tech fluency, excellent communication skills, and experience in consultative or SaaS-style selling. While primarily B2C, exposure to B2B sales will strengthen outreach, institutional tie-ups, and overall growth of the AI program vertical.
Key responsibilities:
A. Lead Generation & Outreach
1. Engage in B2C outreach through calls, walk-ins, consultations, events, and webinars.
2. Build and maintain a strong admissions pipeline for AI programs.
3. Leverage B2B exposure for institutional tie-ups, workshop opportunities, and corporate leads.
B. AI Program Pitching & Consultative Selling
1. Deliver impactful presentations explaining AI curriculum, tools, workflows, and career outcomes.
2. Simplify complex AI concepts for a non-technical audience.
3. Apply SaaS-style consultative selling techniques to understand learner needs and drive conversions.
C. Sales & Revenue Management
1. Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admissions targets.
2. Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry handling to enrollment closure.
3. Utilise CRM tools for lead tracking, pipeline management, and conversion optimisation.
D. Relationship Building & Market Insights
1. Build trust-driven relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders.
2. Stay updated on AI market trends, demand patterns, and competitor offerings.
3. Represent IIDE at events, info sessions, orientations, and AI-focused activities.
E. Additional Duties
1. Support AI-related masterclasses, webinars, and info sessions.
2. Share insights with marketing and academic teams to enhance learner experience.
3. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
