About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. You will be among our first Key Account Associates
2. You will work with our Dealer Vertical Manager to identify challenges faced by used car dealers in the market to improve their title transfer outcomes. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of dealers and ensure they have the support and steering to achieve their MoM & YoY goals.
3. Manage existing dealer relationships (phone/in-person) and drive client retention 4. Expand accounts by proposing solutions that meet dealer objectives and generate new sales.
5. Resolve issues, handle complaints, and escalations through internal stakeholders 6. Track work in process, complaints, receivables; identify opportunities and problem areas.
7. Drive sales targets, prepare reports and forecasts, and ensure timely service delivery.
Note:
1. If your performance is good, we expect to give you managerial and team handling responsibilities as early as 6-8 months from now
2. It is a plus if you have been active in extracurricular activities, including but not limited to theatre, street play, debating, student activism/student politics, organising college fests, etc.
