About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Contact prospective students via phone and email to understand their loan requirements and gather all necessary details.
2. Explain suitable education loan options based on the student's profile, eligibility, and financial needs.
3. Maintain continuous follow-ups with students to drive conversions and ensure faster loan closures.
4. Coordinate with banking partners by sharing student details, following up on approvals, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processing.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, loan stages, and communication updates in the system.
6. Build strong rapport with students and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the loan journey.
7. Meet daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets as part of the sales cycle.
