Key responsibilities:A. Amazon
1. Create & upload listings using Seller Central, i.e., single & bulk via flat files.
2. Optimize titles, bullet points, and descriptions following Amazon SEO best practices.
3. Upload A+ content, brand store updates & ensure image guidelines compliance.
4. Maintain accurate backend keywords, search terms & category attributes.
B. Flipkart
1. Create listings on Seller Hub with correct category mapping.
2. Optimize key features, product highlights, descriptions, and ensure compliance with Flipkart creative rules.
3. Coordinate for rich content uploads like videos and enhanced images.
C. Catalog hygiene & quality checks
1. Regularly audit listings for content mismatches, suppressions, QC rejections and fix them.
2. Check for price errors, stock visibility, title issues, or guideline violations.
3. Ensure consistency of images, dimensions, and product details across marketplaces.
D. Inventory & order coordination
1. Monitor live inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid OOS situations.
2. Update lead times, handling times, and maintain a healthy SLA.
3. Track order flow, cancellation trends & return reasons.
