About the Job
We are a fast-growing jewelry e-commerce brand looking for a performance ad creative designer to create high-converting creatives for Facebook & Instagram ads. This role is focused on conversion-driven ads, not just visual design.Key Responsibilities:
1. Create static ad creatives and short video ads (6–15 seconds) for Meta platforms
2. Develop multiple creative variations (hooks, text, layouts)
3. Edit images and videos to align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences
4. Stay updated with Instagram reels, ad trends, and competitor creatives
