About the Job
The executive will work on behalf of leading gyms and fitness chains in the US, engaging with customers for overdue payments. The role demands excellent persuasion, negotiation skills, and prior experience in US-based processes.Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact US customers with outstanding membership or service dues for gyms and fitness centres
2. Understand customer issues, identify payment objections, and explain dues and settlement options clearly
3. Negotiate payment terms professionally and secure payment commitments or full settlements
4. Handle objections confidently by applying soft skills, empathy, and persuasion to retain customers where possible
5. Maintain compliance with US regulations, call quality standards, and legal guidelines for third-party collections
6. Document call outcomes and update CRM systems accurately while following all collection protocols
7. Achieve monthly targets related to collection value, call efficiency, contact rates, and conversions
8. Handle escalated customer cases and coordinate with supervisors for effective resolution
9. Demonstrate consistent communication skills, patience, and adaptability while working night shifts
10. Participate in refresher training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to improve conversion and compliance
Work schedule:
1. 5 days working
2. Saturday & Sunday fixed off (Occasionally 1 Saturday working)
3. Shift timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Salary/Package:
1. Non-collections background: Up to ₹35,000 (based on last drawn)
2. Collections experienced candidates: Up to ₹40,000 (based on last drawn)
