As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) at our PRTV Production company, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and generating new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
2. Understand client needs and provide effective counseling to guide them on the best production solutions for their projects.
3. Implement sales strategies to upsell and cross-sell our production services to clients.
4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
5. Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
7. Prepare reports and presentations for clients to showcase the value of our production services and drive sales.
