About the Job
We need a relentless, laborious growth marketer to build Furix’s digital footprint and lead pipeline daily. You will create short clips, posters/flyers, register products/company details across e-commerce & directories, write short blogs, edit/post clips, add brand/product info to marketplaces and vet portals, run email outreach, build & run ad campaigns, localize creatives, hunt leads, and convert interest into demos. You’ll work across markets, tailor content per country, archive assets, and maintain precise logs. Output, consistency and conversion > strategy slides.Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily: 1–2 social posts (video + caption), story/reel, respond to messages.
2. Create short videos (15–90s), posters, and flyers; localize per country.
3. Register product/company on marketplaces, directories, vet associations; maintain tracking sheet.
4. Produce 200–600-word blog posts and landing/listing copy.
5. Run organic outreach (DMs, community posts) and email sequences; add leads to CRM.
6. Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns; report ROI.
7. Maintain asset library, captions, translations, and posting schedule.
8. Coordinate with product/clinical team for approvals and KOL content.
Real-time task (mandatory)- full execution test
1. Choose one country: Thailand/UAE/Malaysia/South Africa/Turkey.
2. Choose three Furix products (from the provided list).
3. Deliver a 7-day micro-launch package: 7-day hour-by-hour plan- daily post, short video idea (15–45s), poster theme, language angle, CTA, lead action.
4. Three short videos (20–45s): Product highlight (features + country relevance + CTA), clinical emotion clip (pet symptom → owner concern → product aid) and dealer recruitment (benefits + how to apply).
5. Three posters (PNG): One per product- include product image, flag/cultural element, 3 benefits, CTA, FURIX logo.
6. Lead list (min 25): 8 clinics, 8 hospitals, 4 distributors, 3 KOLs, 2 community pages; include name/website/IG/email if available.
7. Product listings (mock) for each product: title, 5 bullets (features), 5 bullets (benefits), short & long description, category, tags, price band, SEO phrases.
8. 1-page local blog: “How Modern Veterinary Equipment Is Changing Pet Care in [Country]” (include 3 stats/citations).
9. email & DM sequences: vet template, distributor template, IG DM, TikTok DM, follow-up.
10. Campaign blueprint: FB/IG/TikTok- 2 audiences, 2 creatives, 2 copies, mock CPC/CPL, daily budget, KPIs.
11. Localization sample: Adapt one poster into two variant copies for two other countries (show copy changes).
12. Work-ethic note: 5 honest lines- “Why work is worship?”
KPIs we expect (sample):
1. Daily posting cadence 100%.
2. Weekly engagement lift (%).
3. Leads/week.
4. Demo conversions/month.
5. CPL & ROI on campaigns.
6. Listings completed per market.
