About the Job
We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and reliable individual to join our creative studio as a Management Trainee. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants long-term exposure to how creative projects, studios, and businesses are run.The role is dynamic and responsibility-based. Tasks will change depending on ongoing projects and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email handling and professional communication
2. Coordination with vendors, team members, and collaborators
3. Research and execution support for creative projects
4. Assisting in workshops and studio activities
5. Creating and posting basic social media content documenting studio processes
6. Day-to-day assistance and task execution as required
Requirements
1. Good spoken and written English
2. Own laptop (mandatory)
3. Basic comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
4. Willingness to learn and follow instructions
5. Comfortable with varied, non-fixed responsibilities
6. Office-based availability (no work-from-home)
