About the Job
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):A. Lead qualification & outreach:
1. Qualify inbound leads generated from paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook.
2. Initiate contact with prospects from webinars and cold/warm leads from previous campaigns to introduce the program.
3. Explain the program’s value proposition, USP, and outcomes clearly to senior management professionals and decision-makers.
4. Handle questions, objections, and concerns confidently, guiding prospects towards an informed, timely decision.
B. Appointment setting & pipeline management:
1. Schedule consultation sessions with the executive coach and ensure prospects attend or are rescheduled promptly.
2. After consultations, follow up systematically, identify frictions preventing closure, and drive the opportunity to a clear yes/no outcome.
C. Stakeholder & sponsor coordination:
1. Coordinate with sponsors and organizational decision-makers for nominations and approvals within agreed timelines.
2. Persuade executives to complete payment within the committed timeframe and support any internal approval process.
D. Ownership of targets & reporting:
1. Take end-to-end accountability for lead-to-enrollment conversion.
2. Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM and share regular updates on pipeline health and performance against targets.
