About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Sales & conversion ownership:
1. Engage with new patient leads via phone and WhatsApp and build instant trust
2. Clearly explain Femure’s treatment programs, duration, pricing, and outcomes
3. Convert consultations into paid enrollments through need-based counseling
4. Handle objections related to cost, duration, or skepticism with confidence
5. Upsell program extensions, follow-ups, and additional consultations when appropriate
B. Patient journey & retention:
1. Own each patient case from first interaction to medicine delivery and follow-ups
2. Ensure high treatment adherence through proactive follow-ups
3. Reduce drop-offs and cancellations by consistent engagement
4. Drive repeat consultations and long-term program renewals
C. Operations & coordination:
1. Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, and operations for scheduling and dispatch
2. Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up schedules
D. Performance & accountability:
1. Achieve assigned monthly sales, conversion, and retention targets
2. Track patient feedback and satisfaction metrics
3. Continuously improve pitch and follow-up strategies based on outcomes
