1. Actively participate in sales by handling high-potential clients, closing deals, and setting a performance example.
2. Monitor daily performance, provide regular training, feedback, and motivation to improve conversion rates and productivity.
3. Track team KPIs such as call activity, site visits, client follow-ups, and closures using CRM systems.
4. Ensure timely reporting of sales funnel progress, performance metrics, and forecasting to senior management.
5. Assist in strategizing marketing and lead-generation plans to support business goals.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (Tele-calling, Marketing, Operations) for smooth execution of client service.
7. Resolve client queries and escalations, and provide expert advice to build trust and long-term relationships.
