About the Job
We are searching for a research-oriented, field-driven, puzzle-solving BDE who can build Furix market presence using only two teammates and a strict self-designed budget tied to sales momentum. This role suits someone who sees business like a map of hidden clues and believes that results speak louder than identity, résumé, or talk.Key Responsibilities:
1. Map market structure: clinics, suppliers, competitors, registrations, pricing paths.
2. Recruit & manage dealers with sharp evaluation, measurable KPIs, and ethical exclusivity.
3. Execute demos, pilots, conversions; publish case studies from real clinics.
4. Build early trust via service, training, response-time discipline, and clinical proof.
5. Maintain CRM, reporting, forecasting, and an adaptive GTM playbook.
6. Create low-cost market-entry strategies and continuously refine them through data.
7. Drive market penetration with a sales ladder expansion model: Step 1: Generate sales → Step 2: Reinvest → Step 3: Expand territory → Step 4: Scale operations.
A. Commercial & strategic skills:
1. Pricing strategy & margin calculations.
2. Regulatory understanding (import rules, product registration).
3. Negotiation with distributors & large clinics.
4. Launching new products in new countries.
5. Ability to build processes and SOPs in low-structure environments.
B. Execution & personal skills:
1. Extremely strong follow-up discipline.
2. Ability to work with a limited budget and a small team (3 people).
3. High productivity under pressure.
4. Strong documentation and reporting habits.
5. Problem-solving mindset and street-smart approach.
Philosophical tests (must answer in case file)- To judge depth, seriousness, and inner logic:

The case study — the hunter test
1. Choose one Furix product + ONE country (ISO2) and design a full plan to reach ethical market dominance in 24 months using only a strict budget you create, where:
2. Budget must: Start low, be tied to early sales and expand only through your sales ladder budget expansion system.
L1: First sales finance essential tools.
L2: Increased sales unlock demo units, training, local events.
L3: Larger recurring revenue unlocks second product line.
L4: Market traction funds national expansion & service structure.
3. Deliverables (strict): Executive summary (1 paragraph) including word TURQUOISE.
4. 90-day blitz plan: 40 clinic contacts, 10 dealer meetings, 5 pilots.
Bold the week of the first paid order.
5. Add a 5-line diary entry for day 7 with numbers.
6. 24-month roadmap divided quarterly with owners (you/tech/coordinator).
7. Monopoly-by-design model: 6 legal lock mechanisms (service, training, consumables, exclusivity, evidence, operations).
8. Self-designed strict budget using the sales ladder logic; mark the demo-unit cost with.
9. Full financial funnel: assumptions, conversion rates, margin logic, reinvestment rules.
10. Team utilization Plan: weekly hour-by-hour for 3 people.
11. 6 outreach scripts: email, WhatsApp, phone, demo pitch, dealer pitch, KOL invite.
12. Risk matrix: 12 risks + mitigations.
13. KPI dashboard: weekly, monthly, quarterly tracking.
