Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.
2. Explain product/service details clearly and convincingly.
3. Follow up with interested leads to convert them into customers.
4. Maintain call records and update CRM tools regularly.
5. Meet daily and weekly calling & conversion targets.
6. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
7. Coordinate with the sales/support team when required.
8. Work independently and manage time efficiently.
9. Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses.
