Key responsibilities:1. · Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess their accounting software needs.
2. · Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
3. · Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions that align with Online Munim's offerings.
4. · Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
5. · Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. · Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, striving to close deals that are beneficial for both the client and Online Munim.
7. · Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
8. · Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
