About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead generation & prospecting: Identify potential customers through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels. Research accounts to understand business needs and potential opportunities. Maintain and update lead information in the CRM. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Klaviyo (Work on any one tool).
2. Conduct initial discovery calls: Understand customer requirements. Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timelines (BANT or similar frameworks). Pass qualified leads to the sales manager or business development manager.
3. Sales pipeline management: Track and manage all activities, follow-ups, and lead stages in the CRM. Ensure timely follow-ups to prevent lead drop-offs. Provide regular updates on pipeline health.
4. Customer communication: Engage with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings. Present product/service features, value propositions, and USPs. Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex ones to the relevant teams.
5. Achieving targets: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation, qualification, and revenue contribution targets. Continuously work on improving conversion ratios and call-to-opportunity rates.
6. Relationship building: Build long-term relationships with prospects to increase trust and conversion likelihood. Maintain a professional and customer-first approach in all interactions.
