About the Job
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, sharp, and energetic BDE who can manage both Business Development and Inside Sales functions — helping us grow across enterprise consulting and SaaS product markets.Key Responsibilities:
A. Lead Generation and Prospecting
1. Identify and qualify leads across India and global markets, with a focus on APAC and the Middle East.
2. Research target accounts, map key stakeholders, and build focused outreach lists.
3. Use LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and CRM tools to create a steady appointment pipeline.
B. Inside Sales and Outreach
1. Execute structured outbound campaigns for THQ services and THQ.Digital products.
2. Manage inbound enquiries, deliver product or solution walkthroughs, and nurture prospects through the funnel.
3. Maintain CRM hygiene, track all interactions, and report performance metrics regularly.
C. Business Development
1. Understand customer pain points and position relevant services or products effectively.
2. Collaborate with leadership to create proposals, sales collaterals, and follow-up sequences.
3. Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and content that support lead conversion.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners for long-term opportunities.
D. Collaboration and Growth
1. Support partnership and channel development initiatives as required.
2. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure prospect expectations are correctly aligned.
3. Contribute new ideas for outreach strategies, target segments, and messaging.
