About the Job
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic business development executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and converting opportunities into successful projects. This role is ideal for someone who can act as the face of the company, communicate our design & built process clearly, and guide clients from the first meeting through onboarding. Experience in interior design, construction, or real estate is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets and manage teams.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
4. Manage the entire sales process from lead to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
6. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to deliver exceptional interior design solutions to clients.
7. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
