About the Job
We are looking for a business development executive who will lead the sales vertical for business coaching.Key Responsibilities:
A. Client prospecting:
1. Identify and research potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, databases, social media, and other relevant tools.
2. Validate and enrich existing leads in the CRM system.
3. Qualify prospects and gather key information to enable decision-making.
B. Cold calling & client engagement:
1. Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling and follow-up calls.
2. Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients- virtually, in-person, or any mutually convenient mode.
3. Conduct post-call follow-ups to maintain engagement and push prospects through the pipeline.
C. CRM management:
1. Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with accurate information.
2. Track communication history, meeting outcomes, and follow-up tasks
3. Ensure target audiences are invited and present at seminars or events.
4. Optionally accompany the BDM for client visits as per personal choice.
