Key responsibilities:1. Research and identify hotels, schools, clubs, and gated communities with suitable pools
2. Contact property managers, general managers, or decision-makers via phone, email, and in-person visits
3. Pitch the benefits of partnering with Water Town Swim School to host swim programs
4. Build and maintain a database of contacted locations, status updates, and outcomes
5. Maintain follow-ups and relationship-building efforts with interested locations
6. Coordinate internally for pool suitability checks and partnership onboarding
7. Attend local events and marketing initiatives as a brand representative
