About the Job
We are looking for a results-driven business development executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
2. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services.
3. Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
4. Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
7. Prepare basic proposals and sales reports.
