Coding Pro, an initiative by Reducate.AI, is designed to empower university students with cutting-edge skills in artificial intelligence, data science, and emerging technologies. Through partnerships with universities, we establish Centres of Excellence that bridge the gap between education and industry, preparing students for top placements. We are seeking a dynamic and driven business development manager to lead the growth of Coding Pro across universities, colleges, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for building partnerships, driving sales, and expanding our footprint nationwide.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage with universities, colleges, and educational bodies to promote Coding Pro’s Centres of Excellence.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (deans, vice-chancellors, HODs).
3. Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders and recruitment firms to strengthen placement outcomes.
4. Design and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue and expansion targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) for smooth program delivery.
6. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
7. Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to refine business strategies.
8. Represent Coding Pro at conferences, summits, and networking events.
