About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and growth targets
2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities across startups, SMEs, and enterprises
3. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, service pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing
4. Conduct presentations and demos of digital services to potential clients
5. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to enable upselling and retention
6. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to refine offerings and create tailored solutions
7. Prepare proposals, sales decks, and other supporting materials
8. Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and generate regular performance reports
9. Continuously improve sales processes for better efficiency and conversion
10. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to guide leadership
