Key Responsibilities:1. Manage all marketing and promotional activities
2. Establish school/tuition center tie-ups
3. Drive business development initiatives
4. Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets for the respective centres assigned
5. Advise aspiring students/parents and provide the right career options for courses
6. Persuade students and their parents and generate interest towards education opportunities offered by IIFM/PRATHAM
7. Compile and analyze market information to develop future strategies for the company
8. Ensure ethical compliance with all company policies
9. Generate data points and sources relevant to achieving the sales target
10. Call on prospective leads and follow up on generated data regularly
