About the Job
About the role:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused B2C sales executive who can drive direct consumer sales, manage leads, and convert prospects into customers. If you love interacting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right product/service, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate and manage B2C leads via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and inbound enquiries
2. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service recommendations
3. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and relationship building
4. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
5. Follow a structured sales process from lead generation to closing
6. Maintain proper documentation of leads and conversions in CRM
7. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth workflow
8. Upsell and cross-sell wherever applicable
9. Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and outreach events
Salary & incentives:
First 3 Months (Probation/Contract):
Fixed: ₹14,000 (Fresher)/25,000 (Experienced)
Variable Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on targets)
After 3 months (permanent):
Fixed: ₹19,000 -35,000
Variable Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Total Potential (with incentives): ₹35,000–55,000 per month
Additional:
1. Performance-based hikes & bonuses.
2. Certificate + Experience letter from an AI/EdTech startup.
3. Fast growth opportunities into city lead/sales manager based on performance.
