1. Front-line sales role responsible for driving business growth and achieving monthly sales targets
2. Acquire new customers through defined marketing and outreach activities
3. Prospect and onboard new clients/vendors to maximize lead generation
4. Execute sales activities across leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated sources promptly
5. Track and report daily marketing and acquisition performance to the reporting manager
6. Act as the primary interface between Imarticus and prospective candidates
7. Ensure adherence to performance standards, business targets, controls, and compliance
8. Own and manage the marketing function for the assigned region/base center
9. Conduct college seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities
10. Collect, maintain, and manage relevant databases from multiple sources
11. Plan and execute monthly, half-yearly, and annual marketing strategies
12. Ensure centre-level targets align with overall organizational objectives
13. Deliver consistent sales performance against assigned targets
14. Execute on-ground marketing activities including leaflet distribution, college/mall stalls, and public promotions
