About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Actively source new sales opportunities through cold-calling, inbound, and outbound leads
2. Develop a strong understanding of products and their benefits
3. Create and maintain a sales pipeline to track the status of prospects
4. Follow up effectively on inbound and outbound leads, understand client requirements, and ensure deliverables are met
5. Close sales successfully while building and maintaining long-term after-sales relationships
6. Log all prospect interactions and conversations accurately in the CRM
7. Improve conversion rates through upselling, cross-selling, and aligning product offerings with prospect needs
8. Nurture leads by educating them on product benefits and advising on the best-fit solutions
