As a business development associate – B2B sales in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in expanding IIDE’s corporate partnerships and driving revenue through strategic B2B client acquisition. This role involves identifying prospects, pitching customized training solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term corporate relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning solutions and uphold high standards across all corporate training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation & prospecting: Identify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Client acquisition & sales closures: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for HR teams, L&D departments, and decision-makers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close B2B training deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
3. Account management & relationship building: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to encourage repeat and bulk training engagements. Ensure seamless onboarding and communication between clients and internal teams.
4. Collaboration & reporting: Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of corporate programs. Maintain CRM hygiene and share weekly sales reports with management.
5. Additional duties: Represent IIDE at corporate events, webinars, and industry forums as required. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
