Key responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary operations link between the school and the central team.
2. Drive parent delight through effective communication, regular engagement, and timely grievance resolution.
3. Manage and enhance the school’s social media presence; plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to boost visibility and admissions.
4. Plan, implement, and monitor fee collection activities in coordination with school staff to ensure timely realization of dues.
5. Support academic and administrative initiatives to improve school efficiency and overall experience.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and operational standards as defined by the central team
