We enable students, graduates, and working professionals to advance their careers and remain future-ready in the dynamic digital landscape. As a business development associate – B2B sales based in Delhi, you will drive the growth of IIDE’s corporate training division by acquiring and engaging with corporate clients. Your role will focus on identifying business opportunities, pitching tailored training solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs and contribute to strengthening IIDE’s presence across the corporate learning space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation & outreach: Identify and research potential corporate clients through targeted outreach and networking. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
2. Sales pitching & closures: Conduct meetings and presentations for HR, L&D teams, and senior decision-makers. Negotiate proposals and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
3. Account management & retention: Foster long-term relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat engagements. Ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams for program execution.
4. Cross-functional collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing, academic, and operations teams to deliver impactful training solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records and share weekly sales performance reports.
5. Additional duties: Represent IIDE at corporate events, conferences, and webinars when required. Perform any other tasks assigned by management in alignment with the broader responsibilities of the role.
