About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Skillcurve Careerlabs Private LTD. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for our company.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct business development activities including inside sales, lead generation, and client relationship management to identify and secure new business opportunities.
2. Engage with potential clients through effective communication and counseling to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Utilize your strong negotiation skills to close deals and drive sales revenue.
4. Provide exceptional customer support to maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients.
5. Utilize MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Office to track and analyze sales data, create reports, and presentations.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
