About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Client acquisition: Convert prospects into clients by presenting and selling relevant courses, tailored to individual needs and career goals.
2. Counseling prospects: Provide guidance to prospective students, helping them understand the value and benefits of our educational programs.
3. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing healthcare professional and students
4. Target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including new enrollments and revenue goals.
5. Market research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to stay ahead of industry developments and refine sales strategies.
6. Consultative sales approach: Understand healthcare professional and students needs through consultations and recommend the most suitable training programs or courses.
7. CRM management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system, tracking progress and follow-ups.
