About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and approach potential housing societies and residential complexes in Mumbai.
2. Conduct door-to-door, on-field visits to society management committees (MCs), secretaries, and treasurers.
3. Pitch the benefits of the society management app, including payment management, maintenance tracking, complaint handling, and resident communication.
4. Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers.
Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
5. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support when required.
6. Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, feedback, and follow-ups.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to align on local campaigns and outreach efforts.
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
