Key responsibilities:A. Operations & Business Support
1. Analyze processes and identify improvement areas
2. Support daily operational activities and internal coordination
3. Assist with proposals, documentation, and presentations
B. Project Coordination
1. Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
2. Maintain documentation and assist with status reporting
C. Client Account Support
1. Help gather requirements and coordinate client communication
2. Prepare basic reports and follow-up updates
D. Reporting & Dashboards
1. Work with data from various sources
2. Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Excel/Sheets or BI tools
3. Provide insights that support business decisions
E. Decision Support
1. Conduct research and competitor analysis
2. Assist leadership with data-backed recommendations
